This blog will serve as a forum for NanoMarkets to provide market and technology commentaries for what we term as TOP electronics. TOP is a self-created acronym for Thin Film, Organic and Printable Electronics. Since acronyms are plentiful enough in the technology world it is not our intent to create another with the formation of TOP. It seems a bit easier than tapping out what it stands for again and again though.

We hope this blog will become a valuable resource for anyone either working in or attracted to these emerging fields. We also are interested in engaging people in a dialogue be that through comments, emails or even guest blogs. (Contact us if you feel so inclined.)

Visit as often as you can and participate when possible. All we ask is that people offer quality comments and seek to further the discussions when they do so. Flaming the bloggers or other people who comment will earn your company a bad mention the next time a reporter calls or we issue a report.

While we will certainly refer to things we discover in our ongoing research efforts, this site will not be a running commercial for our reports. Instead, expect to see posts that leverage those activities for the betterment of our readers.
